The Frog Princess is a fantasy book written for middle schoolers. it is a remake of the fairytale, "The Princess and the Frog." The main character, Princess Emma is very clumsy and non-ladylike. when she is in the swamp one day, she comes across a frog that claims if he gets a kiss from a princess, he will turn back into his true human form- a prince. When she actually gives in after days of persuading, she ends up being the only one to change forms. Emma is now a frog. Throughout the book, Emma and the Prince, Eadric try to find a way to reverse the curse. E.D. Baker, the author was born in Buffalo, New York. she graduated from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. This book was her very first to be published in 2002. Some reviews that have been shared about this book are "Once you start this book, you can't put it down!" and "if you like fairy tales and you have a sense of humor, then I've no doubt you will love this book as much as I did." -Anonymous.
